Shipping policy
Orders will be shipped as soon as they are processed. Please keep in mind that any orders that require personalisation, engraving, and or stringing of a corded bracelet or necklace may take a bit longer to be processed. Our intention is to get your order into your hands as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times
- Orders being delivered to Johannesburg city will be delivered in 1-2 working days
- Orders being delivered to outer-lying areas or national areas will be delivered in 2-3 working days
- Orders that include charms (Create It items and Charm bracelets) will only be delivered after charms have been made, so shipping times will be an additional 10-14 days
Delivery Information
- DASH makes use of The Courier Guy to handle any deliveries within South Africa
- We ship internationally via Postnet and costs are based on their international shipping rates
- Any orders in South Africa above R700 will be shipped free of charge
- Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be
- Shipping rates are non-refundable.
Collections
You also have the option to collect your order from our business premises which are based in Waverley, JHB. Once your order has been processed and is ready for collection, we will contact you.
